I’m so excited to say that I will be attending the 4th annual Healthy Living Summit in Boston this year! After meeting Meghann last year in Savannah, and hearing/ reading all the wonderful stories that came out of Philadelphia, I could not resist throwing my hat into the ring for 2012! Besides, I love Boston in the summer
I took the day off of work to run, do laundry, pack and get to the Atlantic City airport by 3pm for my 4:45 flight. Too bad after going through security, my flight was pushed to 7:15. BOOOOOO! I will now miss a good portion of the welcome cocktail hour and dancing. Major bummer. A major plus is free wi-fi!
Before I plopped myself down to get comfortable, I was STARVING. Thank goodness for the only restaurant in the place- Samuel Adams ale house. There I ordered myself and inhaled a chef salad with seltzer and lemon.
I put my trash on my plate when I’m finished so I don’t continue to pick. Does anyone else do this too?

Now I’m sitting and waiting impatiently for my flight out. GET ME TO BOSTON!

Question of the Day: For the frequent travelers, how do you keep patience with travel delays? This is driving me nuts!

I definitely have to do something with my plate to prevent picking, whether it's put something on it, flag down the waiter/waitress to take/box it, or ask someone to put it on the other side of the table for me (or do so myself if I'm alone!). As for travel... Books and magazines! I love having a book I really want to read with me, and if I don't then airports are the only time that I allow myself to buy trashy magazines. I indulge myself with them and then I'm excited to have time to read them.
