Long days with all work and no play can make anyone unhappy and harbors a feeling of burnout. While I was having a pity party for myself earlier this week, I came across an old post I saved for days just like today.
Burnout is Beautiful.
Melissa Gorzelanczyk's guest post on Zen Habits is starred in my google reader to read on days where it feels like I've bitten off more than I can chew. If you are feeling this way, and even if you aren't take a gander at her insightful words on Zen Habits- I promise you wont be disappointed.
I apologize for the short and sweet post tonight. I will be back tomorrow to fill you in all things training. :)
Question of the Night: What do you do to refocus? Do you agree with Melissa's theory - burnout being the chance to rise above and start anew?
