I have been a bad blogger and haven’t really provided a sufficient update lately and I apologize. Life has been crazy and between work and trying to work out, I come home, shower, eat and go to bed so I can do it all over again.
Yoga. Yoga and I have a love/hate relationship. I love it for the balance, peace and flexibility it provides. I hate it because of the expense and distance I need to travel for a decent class. Pigeon pose and I have become close friends and I’m optimistic working yoga into my future training regimen will not only give balance to my routine but also aide in injury prevention. Besides, with a new Ruelala deal for Philly Power Yoga (5 classes for $25!) I’m thinking that will give me the right amount of motivation needed to roll out my mat and begin to deep breathe.
