Everybody wants a little romance
Everybody's going off the deep end
Everybody needs a second chance....
How's that for an 80's throw back for ya? This weekend seemed much needed by the time 5:00 Friday rolled around. Maybe it was the cabin fever? I know I was ready to kick back and RE-lax ;)
I kicked off the weekend with Beer Friday at the office. It's our office happy hour and this time it was hosted with a great game of quizzo. I stayed for a drink and then away I went to meet the bf for our Friday of Jules Thin Crust and wine :)
Sadly I got home a little later than I anticipated so we brought the pizza home with us. I didn't take away from the deliciousness of it though ;)
Saturdays are always my busy day during the weekends. My day started with an awesome Body Pump class! I love it that my muscles are shakin' like a leaf by the end. Next week they debut new tracks. WOOHOO! My little behind will be in line early to secure my spot in class. I'm hooked ;)
The rest of my Saturday was spent cleaning and doing laundry. Saturday night the BF and I decided we were in the mood for a low-key dinner that was in walking distance so we could have a few drinks and walk home.
M.O.M.'s is one of our favorite restaurants. We started our dinner with drinks. Red wine for me and an IPA for him and friend pickles which went undocumented. I was craving them since the last time I ate them was after my race in Disney :)
We have never had a bad meal here and recommend it to anyone traveling through the Doylestown area. For entrées the BF had the Blackened Mahi-Mahi over a crab and sweet potato hash while I had pan seared Hog's Head Snapper with a chickpea Ragout.
(warning: these photos are a little rough since I only had my phone and the restaurant lighting was not good for a food blogger ;) )
Sunday was the day of rest, now its one more day for progress. I <3 Rascal Flatts.
Today was about as low key as possible. I fought every temptation to run around and check off my to-do list.
The BF and I started off the day splendidly with a little waffling.
