I am going to forego how I did on my workout goals for last week since I was not ‘responsible’ with my meal choices and exercise plan. Because of it, it caused me to feel lethargic and unmotivated. This week I am craving miles and veggies!!
- Run 12 miles
- 1 day of Yoga
- 1 day of Strength training
