Also, getting home around 6:00- 6:30 (and eating lunch at 12:30) has me pretty hungry, and so a dinner heavy in protein is usually in order. Our dinners vary depending on the change of seasons, and now that its spring, we use the grill almost every night. Tonight, the BF marinated a London broil with a little olive oil and Weber Grill Creations Chicago Steak Seasoning. I love using their spices because they add a nice bold flavor to your meal without all of the sodium.
We also had Laura’s Brussel Sprout Salad on the side with grilled zucchini.
