1 lb of lean ground pork
8 strips of thick cut bacon (about 2 pieces per burger)
Salt and pepper

With your hands break up the ground pork into a bowl and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Rough chop bacon and add into the meat mixture. Form 4 flat patties (the flatter the better they shrink!).
Add burger to the grill and cook until well done and slightly crispy. While the burgers are cooking, mix together coleslaw bag of chopped cabbage etc and dressing.
Once burgers are done, add them to bagel things and top with a heaping pile of coleslaw. Each bite should provide the creaminess of the coleslaw, and the savory flavors of the bacon and pork.
